Pink Summonses for public urination and other quality of life crimes are issued in all five boroughs of New York City, but not all Pink Summonses are heard in the same Courthouse. Where you go to appear on your pink summons case will depend on the county where you received your summons.
Manhattan (New York County)
If you failed to appear in court for a summons in Manhattan (New York County) then you could be going to one of two locations to resolve your summons:
More than likely a New York County pink summons will be heard at the Court located at 1 Centre Street in lower Manhattan, near City Hall. (click here for Google Maps with directions)
If your summons was issued is also possible that your pink summons will direct you to Midtown Community Court, located 314 West 54 Street. (Click Here for Google Maps with Directions.)
